I’m very much a supporter of a friendlier green smoothie. Greens balanced by natural sweetness, complex flavors, smooth, not pesto-y texture–these sorts of things. I shared this 3-ingredient green smoothie a few years back that remains a favorite thanks to its simplicity and lack of difficult to find ingredients.
