September is my absolute busiest time of the year, but in the past week things have begun to open up a bit and I’m feeling quite relieved. So I’m playing a little game of catch-up here and want to share some recent writing elsewhere that I’m proud of.
Antonella Zangheri, founder and baker behind Krumville Bake Shop, is such a darn inspiration that I just want to talk about her to anyone who will listen. I interview her in the new issue of Easy Eats and she shares her recipe for champagne grape focaccia. (PS: NYC folks , she’s at smorgasburg!)
I wrote about conquering whole fish for Good. Food. Stories and along the way dealt with my unexplained squeamishness around fish.
Over on Plums in the Icebox, I professed my love for shishitos and padrons and shared a primer on cooking and eating these little roulette peppers.
