There are a lot of us out there that care about language (poetry, blogging, fiction, visual and oral storytelling, non-fiction, all of it!) and also food. I know I’m not the only one and I know it’s not a coincidence. After all, I wrote a love poem about cleaning the poop veins from shrimp. I need to talk about this.
I made Alphabet Soup for completely selfish reasons: to talk to inspiring people about food and words. I’m delighted to share these conversations with you.
Episode 10, is ready over at Alphabet Soup. I am totally honored to talk with writer, Jenny Zhang. Jenny is bonkers smart and super kind. She walks me through her ideal eating day, which is impressively well thought out. We talk about the C-town of Paris, crying while eating, and being the kind of little girls who never wanted to be veterinarians. Also, Wally Stevens. Subscribe here!
